I brought my mom in to look at a car I had seen online. She had totaled her Chevy Malibu out 10 days ago. Tom approached us in a very kind manner and I told him the stock number of the vehicle I had seen online. He went to bring it out for us to see, but whoever had used it last, left the lights on and it needed to be jumped. He got that taken care of very quickly. Mom was still a little apprehensive to drive out on Route 25 so he took her across the way to an empty parking lot. Mom really liked the vehicle so she opted to purchase it. While waiting for the paper work to be done, he offered us lunch from your back office ( which was quite delicious!) He was in NO WAY PUSHY. I had decided that in our car search, if a sales person was too pushy in my eyes, we would immediately leave. I could not drive 2 cars home myself, so a porter drove Mom in the new car and I brought him back. Also, she had just this AM deposited her check from the insurance company and it would not post on her account until next Tues so Piemonte also is holding the check for deposit until they hear from her on Friday. All around, a very pleasant experience and if I have the need for a new vehicle in the future, I would definitely return.

Tom Straz is a straight shooter. He tells you like it is. He is not a liar. He is not that dreaded pushy car salesmen. He works his butt off for the best pricing and financial deal for you. Tom Straz does not sell you an auto and forget about you. He becomes your friend. Even months after you purchase from him he remembers who you are. He helps with everything including service, questions, etc. You can never seem to bother him. He really gets the job done. My son took me to Al Piemonte Chevy on a whim about a year ago to look at a new truck for himself and we were fortunate to hook up with Tom Straz. Joe is a nice guy, good sales person and keeps in touch/trys to work out a good deal to fit a tight financial situation. He was the first car dealer I've ever dealt with, and I'm glad I came back to buy my first car from him. The sales person at Gary Lang wasn't as friendly and easy going. I couldn't get the car I personally wanted but they worked out a good deal with another car that was just as good, and more so fit my budget. Very good experience and I plan to come back to this dealership in the future and hopefully he'll still be working here, or at least have others working here that are just as enjoyable to talk with.

I had been to 2 other dealers before talking with one of my friends who told me to come and see Tom Straz at Piemonte Chevy. I told Tom what I was trying to accomplish and in a short time he found me a truck in stock that was just what I was looking for. I was paying cash for the truck and I said I would be back on Monday after I transferred some accounts around.Tom had me write a check for the amount and they would hold it till I said to deposit it. Al Piemonte Chevy and Tom Straz are OK in my book. I will definitely be back and recommend Tom Straz to all my friends and relatives.

"5 is not high enough to rate the guys at Piemonte Chevy, they are 10s in my book. I have been going there for years but 2 years ago i met Tom Straz and I deal with no one else. I have bought 7 vehicles in 2 years and every deal has been great. When it comes to service after the sale Tom is there, if they dont have a loaner Tom gives me his own vehicle for the day. When I came in to look at the Equinox I was greeted by Tom. He stated if I needed any help feel free to ask. I explained I wanted to trade in my mini-van and try a Equinox. He let me see different styles from high end down. He was so good at explaining the differences. When they ran my credit the amount was a tad more then I really wanted to pay. Tom went to the finance man and he was able to give a tad more on my trade in. My experience here was delightful. Tom introduced me to the Service Manager and explained free first oil change and free car washes. I would absolutely tell all my friends on the great, friendly service.

Let me start off by saying if you have bad credit or no credit GO HERE!!!! I have just started building my credit so my score around 595-600 and everywhere I went people said they could not help me! It took me a year in a half to get a car. But somehow some way they were able to help me :-). I was Very scared to come in here because Joey had gotten my hopes up so high I didn't want to be let down again... When you walk in they make you feel welcome and they try to make your worryness go away. Very friendly people. I was worried that one I was going to be turned down and that the hour and so drive was going to be for nothing. Before we got here Joey told me to have a 500 down payment and that I wouldn’t need a co signer. Well when we got there I needed a Co signer and I needed at least 1,000 for a down payment. I had brought my dad with me just in case they tried to screw me over with something i could not pay or sell me a lemon. I am glad my dad was there because he talked them into giving me the car for 500 down now and come back to pay the other 500 for the total of a 1,000. My dad had to co sign but it was surpising considering he didn’t have the best credit. Yes Joey misled us a little bit BUT i would still come back for another car and do business with him again. He wasn’t a bad guy, He was the one that worked with us so i could get my car. And of course Joe Baez helped us out with the financing... So far i would deff go back to them for another car in the future. I am very grateful for meeting Joey Laspisa.

Recently my 2002 Chevy Cavalier was having major mechanical problems and I decided that I wanted to purchase a new car. I did some research online about the Chevy Sonic and really liked it. We went to Piemonte six months ago just to look. We spoke to Mike C and he was very helpful. No high pressure, just information. When we returned we found Mike was promoted and we spoke with Tom Straz. Again, no high pressure sales tactics. He spent his time answering all our questions and we were torn between buying a car available on the lot or ordering what we wanted. The deal that Mike and Tom arranged was so good, we ended up buying a car from the available stock. We picked up the car a day later as per our wishes and again no problems waiting. Tom then explained everything about how the car and the instrument panel worked. We were very pleased with the whole experience.
